Just wanted to thank you guys a ton for this podcast. I’m a wee bit of a Satanism newbie…and you guys have both taught me a lot, and provided entertainment and (virtual) community…which is nice, given I live in NE Tennessee, in the buckle of the bible belt. Not much of a Satanist community here. Although…I’m often surprised to meet random super cool people who casually mention their TST membership or whatnot. Happens far more often than you might guess in an Appalachian city of only 60,000 people.

I was an atheist who was tangentially aware of Satanism for years…but it wasn’t until Penny Lane’s Hail Satan? that I got bit by the Satan bug…and hard. It immediately hit me that this orientation to life is utterly in line with my values, aesthetics, world view, and overall inclination to life. So….being a huge podcast fan, I was quite disappointed when I couldn’t find any podcasts on Satanism…..until I randomly stumbled across you guys. And fell in love.

I’m still catching up on old episodes, randomly listening to the ones that sound most interesting, and I’m maybe 70% of the way through.

I love your episodes where you do a deep historical/sociological dive…and the fun ones…and the ones with guests. Hell, they’re all great. And…while the content matters, to me the key to a great podcast is the personality of the hosts, and their interpersonal flow. I need to like the hosts…and know they like each other. And that’s what really puts you guys over the top. I enjoy just tuning in to you guys.

It’s become my ritual of sorts, most days after work…to light some candles & incense, work on a painting, and listen to BMA. It’s often the best part of my day…especially after a particularly crap day at work.

Anyway…I finally got a promotion and raise at work(!!!)….so once I get that first paycheck, I can’t wait to finally contribute what I can to your patreon. Besides…I have some pretty cool show topic ideas…heheh.

I seem to be rambling….sorry, I’ve just been listening and lurking for months now, and I guess this all just spilled out. Just wanted to communicate my very real appreciation for you all. Hail Satan…and Hail BMA!
